An idea is a great motivator but how do you translate that into a business plan? Starting with a blank piece of paper can be a daunting task to fill especially if you have no previous business experience.
Why not start with a basic SWOT Analysis? Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of your idea. Assess the target audience and how you can reach them in the most cost-effective way.
Any other advice for budding Entrepreneurs?
